Nice study here! Loving the stripes.. what a fun photo to work from, too! There's something about working from photos though, that really makes the final image feel like it was worked from a photo (if that makes sense) @_@;

Thank you!  The general weirdness of the photo really made it for me.  Yeah, I sort of think I know- there's something different about the art I make from a photo as opposed from what I see in my head...

Very interesting composition of whites and reds. :)

Always with the sad clowns huh? (it took me a few moments to realize the tears referred to the water droplets)

I thought it was a strange and interesting sort of picture.

maybe?  (ha ha, well, that was just the title that came to me as I worked.  It wasn't intended to refer all that specifically to the water there...just my feeling about what is 'happening'/'what this means'  Maybe.)

The negative space does add something to the 'narrative'...

The clown on the bag certainly seems happy in his own eerie way. ^^
