It'd be interesting if Duqesne's harbor had anything like this, but it sure reads as Japan.

Thanks. It was so boring to me until I put my characters in. After that, I pepped up a little despite the general tediousness. I possibly (probably?) spent more time on this than any other single drawing thus far.

yeah, no way this is Duqesne. It's got to be Japan.
